I got a call from a distraught customer who was sick that they came outside to see that they had a deep dent crease on the trunk lid of their car. I asked them to send me pictures, and as I looked at the pictures, I knew this would be a tough one. All creases are very difficult to remove on a painted surface.
I traveled to their home and I got started on this very difficult dent. The dent was even more difficult because of the bracing underneath the outer skin. My customer was very worried that I wouldn't be able to get this back to factory, and that they would have to take it to an auto body shop. They really didn't want to make an insurance claim and have their car repainted...
The pressure was on, but after working this metal for about 30 minutes, I knew I had this nasty crease dent! Three hours later I was able to remove this crease dent and return the trunk lid to a factory finish!
The Mrs. came out to see the car and she was very happy and excited that they were able to save hundreds of dollars and not make a claim to their insurance! I was really happy because they fed me lunch, and gave me a 5 Star review. It was a Win - Win!

Estimate was fair and exponentially less than what a traditional body shop would charge - also took considerably less time. Brian was super friendly and, if you're lucky, you might get to meet Scout!
