My customer called me very upset that his wife hit the side of the garage wall as she tried to pull out. They had just purchased the Lexus a few weeks before, and needless to say everyone was really upset!

I got a phone call and we booked the job for the next day. Being that I am a mobile service, I traveled to their home, and as I pulled up, I could see the damage to the right fender from the street. I knew immediately that it would be a tough one.

I had a brief talk with the husband, and I told him that I wouldn't be able to make it "perfect", but that I think I can get it very close to 100%. He was very happy to hear that, and seemed really optimistic. I really wasn't sure what was going to happen, but I didn't want him to worry, so I told him to go inside, and chill out, I got this...

I put my headphones on and I got to work. Like most dents I was not sure what the outcome would be, but I was confident that I would win!

Two and a half hours later I finished the job, and I invited the family out to see the final product. The dent was pushed back into it's original shape, and it was now back to 99% of it's factory finish. The family was VERY happy, and they were able to save thousands of dollars, and avoid the insurance company and auto body shop!
