It was a real bear, but a few hours later, I pushed the deepest part of the dent up clean, and that ‘s when as a PDR tech, you realize that you probably should be able to get this metal back to a factory finish. I was able to get it back just shy of 100%. Deep creases are almost impossible to get to 100% because the metal stretches. The family was happy again, and I made a few dollars, and got a free car wash from his daughter and friends.
Brian was great and earns these 5 star ratings for a reason! Returned my call promptly and was able to get to my car in a timely manner. Estimate was fair and exponentially less than what a traditional body shop would charge - also took considerably less time. Brian was super friendly and, if you're lucky, you might get to meet Scout!
