Dent Erasers fixed a few dents on my vehicle, he showed up when he said he would and everything went great. The car looks like it did when it was brand new again.
I would use them again if I ever have dents or scratches in the future, they were very easy to deal with and easy to schedule.

He showed up right on time and got straight to work. After watching him, I have to say that what he does is truly a craft and an art. He got the dent out completely. I was expecting some sort of witness mark, but NONE! I know where the dent was, but if you ask me to find it now, I can't anymore. He did a wonderful job, and it will just need a tiny bit of touch-up painting. He is very pleasant to deal with and works around your schedule. So I got a couple small dimple dents on my new MINI (what is it with big SUVs and swinging their doors open in parking lots without checking first?). Called around and talked with a couple PDR guys in the East Bay but went with Brian since he spent the time to talk through the process and said he was very experienced with MINIs (and BMWs). His quote was a bit higher but it's like the old adage: you get what you pay for so I didn't want to take any chances. Brian shows up on time with his tools and gets to work. Of course he didn't promise any miracles upfront but 40 minutes later after artfully working out the dents you cannot even tell they were there. It looked like someone sat on it. (Who does that???) While part of the dent popped back out, it left many small dents in it's place. It was really ugly. Now, they're all gone! Oh. My. God. This guy is an artist at his craft. Called a body shop about fixing some dents to the roof of a Dodge Challenger. They told me that if the paint isn't damaged i could call a paintless dent repair man. He also said i might get some places that wont touch it since the roof is the most difficult part to repair. Brian asked for some photos and he gave me a quote on the phone that was very affordable. He came down and the work he did was amazing. It looks factory. This guy literally erased every dent.
